Courses.

Our taster course lets you try your hand at golf. After a brief introduction, our golf professionals will show you the different strokes of the game and when to use them. You will also have the opportunity to try these strokes out yourself and thus gain an impression of the game. The courses offered by ‘golf in balance’ are held from 10 am to 12 noon on Saturdays and Sundays during the summer months.
To make it easier for newcomers to learn the sport, the Golf Academy at our golf hotel has developed a course for obtaining the course licence required by the German Golf Association. During two three-hour sessions spread across two days, the golf instructors on our golf course will show you the techniques for the basic strokes, teach you useful information about the tactical and mental side of the game and, on request, then take you through the test at the end of the course. You also have the option of obtaining your ‘driver’s licence for golfers’. Here, you will receive one-on-one tuition for the course licence with a professional of your choice, as well as an eight-week Academy membership at the GC Treudelberg. If you don’t require all the weeks to obtain your course licence, you can use the remaining time of your membership to improve your game on the short course, the driving range and the practice greens.

One-on-one instruction for the golf-course licence.

This year, the Golf Club and Academy have worked together to develop a ‘Driving Licence for Golfers’ to help you obtain the DGV golf-course licence. This includes one-on-one lessons with your choice of golf pro, as well as an eight-week membership at GC Treudelberg. If you obtain your licence within four weeks, for example, for the remaining four weeks, you can practise your game as much as you want on our course, driving range or practice greens.

The Golf Academy team offers you a comprehensive repair service for your golf clubs. Over time, the handles get slippery, the shafts grow brittle and the loft and lie angles change.
